The program is divided into three phases:

The onboarding phase (~ 10 months)

Good preparation is the key to success. That's why your start looks like this:

  • You will first get to know your home area and will be introduced in your first project
  • You will be integrated into existing expert pools and start building/implementing your own expert network
  • You get to know your Expert Coach, receive support and exchange ideas
  • You use our training offer for your personal development

The rotation phase (~ 26 months)

During the rotation phase, you will work intensively on innovative projects as part of our transformation. This gives you the opportunity to further develop your expert knowledge and professional skills:

  • Project 2 & 3: Within your cluster, you rotate with other experts and work on exciting and challenging projects
  • Project 4: For the open rotation, you define a project together with your manager that is specifically tailored to your individual development. This project can take place either in Germany or abroad and offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience outside your cluster.
  • You will take part in networking formats and training sessions with other Daimler Truck AG trainees

The alumni phase

After you have successfully completed the program...

  • …you will return to your home area as an expert
  • …you will deepen your professional skills in your future tasks
  • ...you are part of our constantly growing international alumni community
