RegioJet, one of the largest touring coach operators in the Czech Republic, is expanding its routes to include 20 new Setra double-decker touring coaches. The S 531 DT vehicles will be used on international long-distance routes and operate from the Czech Republic to the European cities of Amsterdam, Berlin, Rome, Paris and London.

The three-axle vehicles are equipped with 58 seats in a 2+1 seating configuration. A state-of-the-art entertainment system with separate screen, USB A+C charging sockets and a 230 V socket is available in each seat. The EvoCool TopAir air-conditioning system ensures that fresh air is available at all times. Passengers can also take advantage of a vending machine serving snacks, coffee and fresh water.

The double-decker touring coaches are powered by the OM 471 in-line six-cylinder engine generating 510 hp (375 kW) in conjunction with the GO 250–8 PowerShift fully automated manual transmission.
RegioJet is one of the largest providers of long-distance touring coach and rail services in the Czech Republic. The company was founded in 2009, is based in Brno and operates a fleet of over 120 melon-yellow touring coaches.
