16 New Setra Touring Coaches for Cruise Passengers

The company Ludwig Arzt Omnibusverkehr e.K. is expanding its cooperation with Viking River Cruises through the addition of 16 new vehicles from the Setra ComfortClass. The operator based in Seligenporten near Neumarkt in the Upper Palatinate region took delivery of eight new Setra touring coaches in Neu‑Ulm, while eight additional vehicles were handed over to subcontractors Schmetterling Group Travel, Braumüller, Kugler Omnibusreisen, and Willax.

cellcentric, the home of advanced heavy-duty fuel cell systems, officially launches its innovative, next-generation product under its official product name: BZA375. Previously known under the project name “NextGen” and unveiled at a dedicated cellcentric event at Hannover Messe (April 20-24, 2026), BZA375 is now ready to make its mark as a product that is available for testing, validation and further industrial scale-up across a broad range of heavy-duty applications.

Omniplus, the service brand of Daimler Buses, is celebrating its 30th anniversary. For three decades, Omniplus has supported bus operators far beyond classic workshop services. Today, the brand offers not only the largest bus‑specific service network in Europe but also a comprehensive portfolio of digital services, battery services, and consulting, installation, and service solutions for depot and H2 infrastructure.

Over the coming years, Daimler Buses plans to invest up to €200 million in its Europe‑wide, bus‑specific service network – more than ever before. With more than 630 locations, including 36 company‑owned service centers, the manufacturer already operates the densest bus-specific service network in Europe.
